Monday, someone was walking by and caught me off guard by asking, "Are you being intentional today"? I paused, then responded, "Actually yes I am." That was it, but it got me thinking.
In a day and age where it's easy to let time fly by and go through the motions, we are still continually making choices: some of which include choosing between making moments or missing opportunities. How often do we think "I wonder how so-and-so is doing", yet don't take a moment to reach out and ask? As a Christian, it's even worse. We know we were created with and for purpose: that purpose is to love God, love others, and help connect the two. We are called to be a people that live intentionally, not just ordinarily.
What are you doing to be intentional today? What am I doing? Will you have an answer and an example if you are asked, "Are you being intentional today"?
